おそらく世界一有名な未発表アルバムであろう「セッションズ」を、編年体で全てのバージョンを網羅したタイトル。このセッションズ・プロジェクトは、1980年代初頭から幾度も繰り返しリリースを目してプロジェクトが勧められてきたが、その都度メンバーの反対などにより頓挫してきた。そのため、いくつものバージョンが存在する。トラックリストを見てわかる通り、ミックスはもちろんの事、選曲自体にも試行錯誤の痕跡が伺える。特に1984年にジェフ・エメリックが監修したものは、アルバムと先行シングルのリリースが発表され、最もリリースに近かったかもしれない。しかし、いよいよ実現するかと思いきや、やはりお蔵入りとなってしまった。結局、曲自体が正式にリリースされるのは1995年のアンソロジー・プロジェクトまで待たねばならなかった。
ディスク1のボードルームテープは最初にアナログで出た時のマスターで、マニア向けではあるものの、既発盤とは音が異なるのが驚く。ディスク2の1984年バージョンは「Christmastime Is Here Again」と「Come And Get It」がメドレー的に繋がっているという手が加えられたものであるが、この時もリリースされなかった。ディスク4には、セッションズ関連のアウトテイクの他、1982年バージョンの本編から漏れたものの、作成自体はされていたステレオ・ミックス、そしてセッションズ・プロジェクトの原点ともなった1983年「File Under」を収録している。
